This is the genuine AstralPool replacement manifold assembly designed specifically for the Volcano Filter with Threaded Lid Ø600 mm (1½”, 1.0 M, 2.5 Kg/Cm² — parent ref. 15786). The manifold sits at the base of the filter tank and is the critical component that allows filtered water to pass through while preventing sand or glass filtration media from returning to the pool. It corresponds to position 20 in the official Fluidra exploded-view diagram.

The manifold assembly forms the collection hub inside the filter vessel. Water drawn through the filter bed passes into the manifold arms and exits cleanly through the return line to the pool, while the nozzles and arms retain all filtration media inside the tank. A damaged or cracked manifold causes media bypass — cloudy pool water that no amount of chemical dosing will fix — making timely replacement essential.
