AstralPool – Front Motor Cover for Alaska Max Pump (1.5–3 HP)

This is the genuine AstralPool replacement front motor cover designed for the Alaska Max pump series ranging from 1.5 HP to 3 HP. Positioned at the front (fan end) of the motor unit, it encloses and protects the motor internals against dust, moisture, and mechanical damage, helping to maintain the IP-55-rated protection of the motor assembly. It corresponds to position 24 in the official Fluidra exploded-view diagram for the Alaska Max pump.

Compatibilidade

This front motor cover is compatible with AstralPool Alaska Max pumps in the 1.5 HP to 3 HP power range, including the Alaska Max 1.5HP 230V (ref. 41601), Alaska Max 1.5HP 230–400V (ref. 41602), Alaska Max 2HP 230V (ref. 41603), Alaska Max 3HP 230V (ref. 41605), and Alaska Max 3HP 230–400V (ref. 41606). Always verify the power rating and voltage of your specific pump before ordering, as motor covers are not interchangeable across all power variants.

Porque o Genuíno Importa

As an official AstralPool part sourced directly through Fluidra, this cover is manufactured to the exact tolerances of the original component, ensuring a precise fit and preserving the motor’s environmental sealing. Third-party alternatives may compromise the motor’s protection rating and void any remaining pump warranty. Fitting a genuine part is the surest way to protect your investment and keep your pump running efficiently season after season.

Instalação

The front motor cover is a panel-level replacement that typically requires basic hand tools and disconnection of the pump from the power supply before work begins. While a competent DIYer can undertake this repair, professional installation by a qualified pool technician is recommended to ensure correct reassembly and to maintain the motor’s IP-55 protection rating.
