This is the genuine AstralPool manifold assembly for the Lisboa Filters Top sand filter in the 900 mm diameter version (FST-900). The manifold is the central internal header that distributes incoming water evenly across the filter bed and collects filtered water for return — the heart of the underdrain system. Replacing a cracked or degraded manifold restores full filtration performance and prevents bypass of unfiltered water.

This manifold assembly is designed exclusively for the AstralPool Lisboa Filters Top range, specifically the FST-900 (900 mm diameter, top-mount valve configuration). It corresponds to position 11 in the official Fluidra exploded-view diagram for this filter series. Always verify your filter model code before ordering, as manifold dimensions differ between diameter variants in the Lisboa range.

As a genuine AstralPool (Fluidra) spare part, this manifold is manufactured to the exact tolerances of the original component, ensuring a precise fit and reliable seal within the filter vessel. The 1″ port sizing matches the filter’s designed flow characteristics, maintaining the efficiency and filtration capacity the FST-900 was built to deliver. Aftermarket alternatives may not replicate the correct port sizing, arm spacing, or material grade.

The manifold assembly sits centrally inside the filter tank and connects to the lateral arm underdrain system. Installation requires draining and opening the filter, removing the old manifold, and seating the new assembly before reassembling. Professional installation is recommended for large commercial or semi-commercial filters of this size to ensure correct torque and sealing on reassembly.
