Rated to up to 25 bar, this 1-litre tin of Weld-On S3 solvent cement is the professional-grade choice for bonding PVC-U, PVC-C, and ABS pressure pipework across pool plant rooms, filter circuits, and pump manifolds. Carrying full KIWA and KIWA+ATA approval for joints up to Ø 90 mm (BRL K-525) and complying with KOMO BRL 5221, it meets the certification requirements demanded by European installers and quality-conscious dealers. The tin is supplied complete with a non-drip brush integrated into the lid, so no separate applicator is needed.

The S3 formula is a solvent-based cement suitable for all pipe diameters and all common thermoplastic piping materials — PVC-U, PVC-C, and ABS — whether in pressure lines, drainage runs, or drinking-water installations. It delivers high initial adhesion and is capable of filling diametrical clearances up to 0.8 mm, making it forgiving on field-cut joints. The cement is also approved for use with chlorinated pool water, making it a reliable consumable for pool and spa pipework.

The substrate should be cleaned beforehand with a compatible PVC cleaner (such as SabaClean PVC & ABS) to ensure a sound bond. Apply the cement generously to the pipe and sparingly inside the collar with the built-in brush, then mate the parts immediately. Processing should take place at a minimum ambient temperature of +5 °C; the cured joint is rated for service temperatures from approximately −20 °C to +95 °C. The multilingual label (EN/DE/NL/FR) ensures handling and safety instructions are accessible across the key European markets in which this product is distributed.

The 1-litre tin is well suited to medium-scale installation and service work — sufficient for a complete pool plant room pipework run or a batch of pump and filter connections — without the logistical overhead of a 5-litre drum. Its KIWA approval status makes it the correct choice wherever certified materials are specified or required by warranty conditions.
