The Z24T is the 400 V, three-phase variant of the Type Z Inverter range, using R410A refrigerant and a horizontal-discharge fan arrangement. It delivers a heating capacity of up to 25.5 kW (A27/W27) and 18.6 kW (A15/W25), with a power input ranging from 4.25 kW down to just 0.45 kW at minimum load, and is sized for pools of approximately 75–131 m³. Use the numbered diagram on this page alongside the parts list below to identify exactly the component you need — most visitors locate and confirm their part number within a few minutes.

Every numbered call-out printed on the exploded-view diagram corresponds directly to a row in the parts table below the image — the position number is your primary key for cross-referencing the two. Start by identifying the general area of the unit where the fault or wear has occurred (for example, the refrigerant circuit, the electrical box, or the water-side connections), then scan the diagram for the call-out number that points to the component in question. Once you have the position number, locate the matching row in the table to find the part description and, where available, the poolparthub.com SKU. Bear in mind that some generic hardware — such as clips (positions 15 and 39) and magnetic rings (positions 76 and 79) — appears at more than one location on the unit; always confirm which instance applies to your specific repair before ordering. Positions marked N/A (27, 28, 73, 74, and 80 on this diagram) represent positions that are unused or not individually supplied, so if your fault points to one of those numbers, check adjacent call-outs for the relevant serviceable component. Where a SKU is shown in the table, that part is stocked and can be added directly to your basket; positions without a SKU are currently not sold separately and may form part of a larger assembly. If you are unsure whether a part is correct for your serial number, note the full factory reference (7024521) and contact us before ordering.

Ten obieg chłodniczy is the heart of the heat pump and contains several individually referenced components. The inverter-driven compressor (position 29, model MNB36FABMC) is supported on anti-vibration hammers (position 30) to limit noise and structure-borne vibration, and is protected during cold-weather standby by the pas grzewczy sprężarki at position 32 (230 V, 35 W, 430 mm, SKU 7025155). Refrigerant flow is managed by the 4-way valve (position 51), the EEV electronic expansion valve (position 57), and the liquid reservoir (position 31), while the low-pressure switch at position 47 (0.1–0.3 MPa, SKU 7024791) and the high-pressure switch at position 52 (3.6–4.2 MPa, SKU 7024793) provide safety cut-outs. The obwód wodny centres on the titanium heat exchanger at position 63 (Z24/32, SKU 7025166), which transfers heat from the refrigerant to the pool water; flow is monitored by the water flow switch at position 60 (VH-2, SKU 7020257), and water temperature is read by three sensors — water-in sensor TH6 (position 67, SKU 7020263), water-out sensor TH5 (position 61, SKU 7020262), and exhaust temperature sensor TH3 (position 53, SKU 7020261). Pool plumbing connects via the 50 mm compression-type water connection set at position 64 (SKU 7014126). The zespół po stronie lotniskowej comprises the fan motor ZWB378D02B 120 W (position 18, SKU 7021812), the 496 mm anticlockwise fan blade (position 19, SKU 7021815), and the large evaporator with its anti-frost heating belt (position 16, 230 V 65 W 2000 mm, SKU 7020274). The część elektryczna i sterująca sits inside the electric box (position 78) and includes the main board HWM1W-6B02 (position 77, SKU 7026010), driver board HMD4W-3P22 (position 72, SKU 7026008), filter board HMF4W-2B (position 75, SKU 7026009), and the LED inverter display SHHCLEDV2MM101 (position 26, SKU 7021826). Refrigerant circuit pressure can be read using the manometer at position 38 (0–54 bar, SKU 7010518).

The Z24T (factory reference 7024521) is specifically the 400 V three-phase, R410A version of the Type Z24 unit; its single-phase R32 counterpart carries a different factory reference (7024520) and shares some but not all internal components, so always verify the refrigerant type and voltage on your unit’s rating plate before ordering refrigerant-circuit parts such as the pressure switches (positions 47 and 52) or the heating belts (positions 16 and 32). Sensor plugs are a common source of ordering errors: positions 53, 61, and 67 all use a 6×4 mm plug, whereas the water flow switch at position 60 uses a larger 9×7 mm plug — confirm the plug format matches your existing wiring harness before purchasing. The compressor heating belt (position 32) specifies an 8×4 mm plug in addition to its 430 mm length, both of which must match the mount on your compressor body. For sealing components such as the O-ring (position 66), blue rubber ring (position 65), and red rubber ring (position 69), these are not currently sold individually under separate SKUs — if you require them, the water connection set at position 64 (SKU 7014126) may include the relevant seals, so check the set contents or contact us for clarification before ordering individual seals separately.

Jak skorzystać z numerowanego schematu, aby znaleźć potrzebną część
