This is a genuine Hydro-Pro replacement evaporator heating belt designed for the Hydro-Pro Inverter Heat Pump (Type Xp26Dcsi+). Running at 230V and 65W with a 2000mm cable length and 12×7mm profile, it wraps around the evaporator coil to apply gentle, targeted warmth — preventing frost and ice accumulation on the evaporator fins during cold ambient conditions, which would otherwise reduce heating efficiency or cause damage.

This heating belt is a factory-matched spare part for the Hydro-Pro Inverter Heat Pump Type Xp26Dcsi+. Because evaporator heating belt dimensions and connector types vary between heat pump models and series, always confirm compatibility using the SKU (7020274) before ordering. The 12×7mm cross-section profile and 2-pin plug (12×7 connector) must match the original fitted part.

Using a genuine Hydro-Pro heating belt ensures the correct wattage, belt length, and connector type for a safe, code-compliant installation. An undersized or incompatible belt may fail to prevent frost formation, leading to reduced heat pump performance and potential compressor damage. Genuine parts also protect your heat pump’s warranty.

The belt is routed around the evaporator coil and secured before being connected to the heat pump’s internal wiring harness via the 12×7 plug. As this work involves mains-voltage electrical components inside a pool heat pump, installation should be carried out by a qualified technician or refrigeration engineer familiar with Hydro-Pro equipment.
