This genuine Davey spare parts kit supplies the three hydraulic-end wear components — impeller, neck ring, and mechanical seal — for the first-generation Davey StarFlo DSF200 pool pump. Together, these parts are responsible for generating water flow and maintaining a watertight shaft interface between the wet end and the motor. Replacing them as a matched set restores the pump to its original hydraulic performance and prevents leaks.

This kit is designed specifically for the Davey StarFlo DSF200 (and DSF200CE) single-phase pool pump — the 1 hp / 750 W model in the StarFlo range. It is intended for first-generation pump bodies only; later DSF200 revisions use a different impeller assembly (33167SP). Always confirm your pump’s generation before ordering. The StarFlo range is designed for in-ground and above-ground pools and is suitable for filtration, sanitation, and solar heating applications.

Genuine Davey replacement parts are engineered to exact factory tolerances, ensuring correct impeller clearances, a reliable neck-ring seal, and a properly rated mechanical seal for continuous pool-water exposure. Using non-genuine components risks premature wear, reduced flow, shaft leaks, and potential motor damage — none of which are covered under Davey’s warranty. A genuine kit gives you confidence that every component has been tested to Davey’s performance standards.

Replacing the impeller, neck ring, and mechanical seal requires partial pump disassembly and should be carried out by a qualified pool technician or pump service professional. Before beginning any work, isolate the pump from the power supply. Take care when handling the mechanical seal faces — contamination or incorrect seating is the leading cause of premature seal failure. Never run the pump dry after reassembly, as operating without water will immediately damage the new mechanical seal.
