This is the genuine Davey replacement printed circuit board (PCB) assembly for the EcoSalt 2 salt pool chlorination system, specifically for the 35 g/h DES2-35E (EU) and DES2-35US variants. The PCB assembly is the main control board housed inside the power supply unit, responsible for managing chlorine output, reading sensor signals, and driving all system functions including boost mode, cover mode, and alarm logic. It is typically replaced when the unit displays persistent faults, unresponsive controls, or erratic behaviour that cannot be resolved by standard troubleshooting.

This PCB assembly (Davey part 33005C-35ESP) is designed exclusively for the Davey EcoSalt 2 DES2-35E (European) and DES2-35US models. It is not interchangeable with the 15 g/h (33005C-15ESP) or 25 g/h (33005C-25ESP) variants — always verify your exact model number before ordering. The separate LCD screen PCB (33188SP) is a distinct part and is not included in this assembly.

Davey’s OEM PCB is engineered to the precise voltage and signal tolerances of the EcoSalt 2 power supply. Chemical vapours from pool-side environments are notoriously harsh on electronics; a genuine Davey board meets the original design specification for resistance to such conditions. Using a non-genuine or incorrect board risks mis-matched outputs, voided warranty on remaining components, and potential safety hazards in a mains-connected appliance.

PCB replacement in a mains-connected pool chlorinator must be carried out by a qualified electrician or authorised Davey service technician. Ensure the unit is fully isolated from the mains supply before opening the housing. Keep the power supply away from acid and chemical storage areas before and after servicing, as chemical vapours can damage the new board.
