This is a 10-metre length of flexible PVC tubing used as suction and injection line on Hanna Instruments analogue and digital dosing pumps. It carries chemical from the storage drum to the pump head and onward to the injection point in the circulation pipework. The tubing belongs to the BL10x, BL12x and BL13x dosing pump accessory range used in commercial pool water treatment.

Designed for Hanna Instruments dosing pumps in the BL10x, BL12x and BL13x series. It is used for both the suction side, running from the chemical tank foot valve to the pump inlet, and the delivery side, running from the pump outlet to the injection valve. Confirm the tubing bore matches the fittings on your pump head before ordering.

Pozycja montażu

Cut the required length from the 10 m coil and connect one section between the foot valve or suction filter and the pump inlet fitting, keeping the run as short and straight as practical. The second section runs from the pump discharge to the injection valve fitted into the circulation line, downstream of the filter and heater. Push the tube fully home into each compression nut and tighten by hand to avoid leaks and air ingress.

Okres eksploatacji

PVC tubing hardens and discolours over time through contact with chlorine or acid dosing chemicals and UV exposure. Inspect it at each service visit for cracking, swelling, kinks or crystallised deposits at the fittings. Replace any section that has gone brittle or shows weeping at a connection, and always replace tubing when the pump head or valves are overhauled.

Supplied as a single 10 m coil of tubing only. Foot valves, injection valves, filters, ceramic weights and compression fittings are not included and must be ordered separately. Cutting one coil is normally enough to make up both suction and injection lines on a typical installation.
