Fluidra – Millennium Sand Filter Base Ø480/560 mm (Side Outlet)

This is the genuine Fluidra replacement base (foot) for the Millennium side-outlet sand filter range in Ø480 mm and Ø560 mm tank sizes. The base provides stable, level support for the filter vessel and is a structural component essential to the safe and correct operation of the filtration system. Designed to OEM specification, it is a direct, no-modification replacement for the original part.

Kompatybilność

This base is designed for the Fluidra AstralPool Millennium Sand Filter with Side Outlet in the Ø480 mm and Ø560 mm diameters (approximately 19″ and 22″ tanks). The Millennium side-outlet range spans Ø380 mm through Ø660 mm — always confirm your tank diameter before ordering, as each base size is model-specific and is not interchangeable across all sizes in the range.

Dlaczego oryginalność ma znaczenie

Using a genuine Fluidra part ensures the base matches the exact footprint, mounting points, and load-bearing specifications of your filter vessel. Off-brand alternatives may not align correctly with the tank moulding, risking instability or voiding any remaining warranty on the filtration unit. The Millennium filter range is built to comply with European filtration standard EN 16713-1, and maintaining genuine parts helps preserve that compliance.

Instalacja

The filter base is a ground-level structural component that the filter tank sits on or clips into. Replacement is typically straightforward but does require emptying and lifting the filter vessel. It is advisable to have a second person assist when handling larger tank sizes such as the Ø560 mm. Ensure the new base is seated fully and level before refilling the filter with sand or glass media and returning the system to service.
