Rated to a full 16 bar at 63 mm, this is the largest size in the Jason compression range to carry the top PN16 pressure rating — making it the right-angle fitting of choice wherever pool plant rooms, filtration headers, or buried PE pipework demand both capacity and pressure confidence. The polypropylene body and blue compression nut connect to LDPE, PE80, and PE100 pipe without welding or solvent cement, so direction changes can be made quickly in tight plant-room spaces.

The fitting carries simultaneous DVGW, KIWA, WRAS, and SVGW certification — the four principal European and UK approvals for potable water and pressure systems. This means the same elbow is accepted by inspectors and water authorities across Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, removing any compliance uncertainty on cross-border or export installations.

Jason compression fittings are compatible with all densities of PE pipe — LDPE, PE80, and PE100 — so no pipe-grade verification is needed on site before fitting. Connection involves loosening the compression nut, fully inserting the prepared pipe, and hand-tightening; no flame, no adhesive, and no specialist tooling beyond a pipe cutter and chamfering tool. The compact PP construction also makes it straightforward to install in confined pump-room corners where a 90° change of direction is needed.

A 63 mm outside-diameter compression elbow suits the main circulation lines found on larger residential pools and commercial installations — typically those running 50 m³ and above — where 63 mm PE pipe is the standard for connecting pumps, filters, and heat pumps with minimal friction loss around bends. The black/blue colour coding visually distinguishes this PP compression line from other fitting families on site.
