This page provides the official exploded-view diagram and full bill of materials for the Norsup Heat Pump Type Inverter, model designation XP10DCSI, listed under Norsup factory reference 7021076. The diagram covers every major assembly of this full-inverter swimming-pool heat pump — from the outer cabinet and fan section through to the refrigerant circuit and water-side components. Whether you are a pool owner carrying out first-time maintenance or a technician diagnosing a fault on site, the numbered diagram and the parts list below it are designed to let you identify the exact component you need and locate its SKU within minutes.

Every numbered call-out printed on the diagram corresponds directly to a numbered row in the parts list table beneath it. The most efficient approach is to work by area first: identify the general zone of the unit where the fault lies — for example the water-connection side, the fan section, or the electrical box — then scan that region of the diagram for the relevant call-out number. Once you have the position number, match it to the same number in the parts list to confirm the description and, where available, copy the SKU into the search bar or add the part directly to your basket. Bear in mind that some position numbers appear in more than one location on the diagram; position 8 and position 31 are both labelled “Clip”, and positions 32 and 33 share the wiring-cover area, so always read the description column carefully rather than relying on position number alone. Similarly, positions 28 and 33 both describe a wiring cover in different zones of the unit — check which assembly each belongs to before ordering. Note also that position 21 carries lettered variants: 21a and 21b refer to two different LED display boards, so you must identify which display variant is fitted to your specific unit before selecting a part. Finally, be aware that not every position has a purchasable SKU; structural panels, pipework runs, and certain clips are listed for identification purposes but are not sold separately.

The fan and air-intake section dominates the upper portion of the unit. Position 15 is the fan motor (ZWB378D02B, 120 W, SKU 7021812), which drives position 17, a 496 mm × 150 mm fan blade with a 12 mm anti-clockwise bore (SKU 7021815); both are common service items after prolonged seasonal use. Air temperature measurement is handled by the ambient temperature sensor at position 2 (TH1, plug 6×4, SKU 7020259), clipped into place by the sensor clip at position 3. The refrigerant circuit runs through the evaporator at position 5, the four-way reversing valve at position 52 (with associated pipe runs at positions 51, 53, and the exhaust pipe at 56), and the electronic expansion valve (EEV) at position 61. Refrigerant-side temperature is monitored by the pipe sensor at position 6 (TH2, SKU 7020260), the exhaust temperature sensor at position 54 (TH3, SKU 7020261), and the circuit is protected by the high-pressure switch at position 55 (3.6–4.2 MPa, SKU 7024793) and low-pressure switches at positions 58 and 59. The compressor at position 25 sits on damping feet (position 26) and is fitted with a heating belt at position 27 (230 V, 35 W, 340 mm, SKU 7020267) to protect it during cold ambient starts. On the water side, the titanium heat exchanger at position 45 (SKU 7021828) transfers heat to the pool water; flow is monitored by the water flow switch at position 40 (VH-2, plug 9×7 mm, SKU 7020257), while water inlet and outlet temperatures are measured by sensors at positions 47 (TH6, SKU 7020263) and 42 (TH5, SKU 7020262) respectively. Water connections are made via the connection sets at positions 37 and 44 (both SKU 7014153), sealed with the rubber rings at positions 38, 39, 41, and 46. The main control logic is carried by the PC board at position 63 (SH0150101-V1.5, SKU 7021834), housed behind the electric box cover at position 62, and user interaction is through the waterproof display box at position 20 (SKU 7010543) and the LED display board at position 21.

The most important variant decision on this model concerns position 21, the LED display board. Position 21a is the standard inverter display (SHHCLEDV2MM101, SKU 7021826), while position 21b is the Wi-Fi-enabled version (WiFi02iMM011, SKU 7023600); fitting the wrong board will result in an incompatible control interface, so confirm which display is mounted in your unit before ordering. Similarly, positions 58 and 59 are both low-pressure switches but carry different operating ranges — 0.1–0.3 MPa for position 58 (SKU 7024791) and 0.2–0.35 MPa for position 59 (SKU 7024792) — and substituting one for the other will affect the refrigerant-circuit protection thresholds, so match the SKU precisely to the switch already installed. The water connection sets at positions 37 and 44 share the same SKU (7014153), meaning a single line item covers both ports, but always verify the quantity you need before adding to your basket. For any threaded fittings such as position 48 (PP plug, ½-inch male thread, 10 bar, SKU 0121241), thread pitch and diameter are fixed by the specification; do not attempt to substitute a metric or BSP fitting of nominally similar size, as a mismatch here risks a pressurised water leak.
