The HMF4W-2B is a genuine Hydro-Pro replacement filter board (EMI/power filter PCB) designed for the Hydro-Pro Type Z Inverter heat pump range. Mounted inside the unit’s electrical enclosure, it conditions incoming mains power by suppressing electromagnetic interference, protecting the sensitive driver and main control boards from electrical noise and voltage disturbances. Replacing a faulty or damaged filter board restores stable inverter operation and safeguards the rest of the control electronics.

This filter board is a listed spare part for the Hydro-Pro Heat Pump Type Z Inverter (Type Z24T/R410A), a high-capacity 400 V three-phase inverter pool heat pump suited to pool volumes of 75–131 m³. Always cross-reference against your unit’s parts diagram before ordering to confirm fitment for your specific model variant.

As an OEM Hydro-Pro part, the HMF4W-2B is manufactured to the exact electrical specifications of the original, ensuring correct impedance, current rating, and physical fitment within the electrical box. Non-genuine alternatives may not meet these tolerances and can risk damage to the driver board (HMD4W-3P22) or main board (HWM1W-6B02) downstream.

Replacement of the filter board involves working inside the heat pump’s live electrical enclosure and should be carried out by a qualified HVAC or pool heating technician. Ensure the unit is fully isolated from mains power before beginning work, and follow all applicable local electrical safety regulations.
