Zodiac – Evaporator Holder for Heat Pump PX50 (WH000430)

This is the genuine Zodiac replacement evaporator holder (position 9 in the official Fluidra exploded view) for the Zodiac PX50 pool heat pump, model WH000430. It is the structural bracket that mounts and secures the evaporator coil assembly firmly within the heat pump chassis, ensuring correct alignment and stable operation. Replacing a damaged or broken holder restores the mechanical integrity of the unit and protects the evaporator coil from vibration or movement during operation.

Compatibiliteit

This evaporator holder is designed exclusively for the Zodiac Heat Pump PX50, parent model WH000430. Always cross-reference the exploded view diagram for your specific PX50 variant before ordering, as the PX50 range covers multiple sub-models. If in doubt, confirm your unit’s model number from the rating plate before purchase.

Waarom authenticiteit belangrijk is

As an OEM Fluidra/Zodiac part, this holder is manufactured to the exact tolerances required by the PX50’s Full Inverter architecture, which operates the compressor and fan across a 10-speed range. A correctly fitted, genuine holder prevents coil misalignment, reduces vibration transmission, and helps maintain the unit’s quiet, energy-efficient performance. Aftermarket alternatives may not match the fixing points or material specification of the original.

Installatie

Fitting this part requires partial disassembly of the heat pump cabinet to access the internal evaporator assembly. It is recommended that replacement is carried out by a qualified pool heating technician or Zodiac-approved service engineer. Always isolate the unit from mains power and allow refrigerant pressures to equalise before beginning any internal work.
