This Profec glycerin-filled pressure gauge delivers stable, easy-to-read pressure indication across a 0–10 bar range, making it an ideal choice for pool filtration systems, irrigation networks, and greenhouse water supply lines. The 63 mm dial face provides a clear scale with accuracy class KL 1.6, meaning readings are accurate to within ±1.6% of the full-scale value. The glycerin filling dampens pointer oscillation caused by pressure spikes and pulsations, extending the service life of the Bourdon tube mechanism significantly compared to dry gauges.
The case is constructed from stainless steel 304 with a brass bezel ring, giving excellent corrosion resistance in humid outdoor and poolside environments. The window is manufactured from polycarbonate, combining impact resistance with optical clarity. The Bourdon tube — the sensing element — is made from copper alloy for working pressures up to 40 bar; for higher-rated variants from 60 bar and above, a phosphorous bronze tube is used. Connection to the pipework is via a rear-entry (back connection) 1/4″ BSP male thread, keeping the gauge profile flush against wall brackets or manifold blocks.

It is compatible with water, glycol solutions, and non-aggressive fluids compatible with copper alloy or phosphorous bronze internals and stainless steel 304 casings. It is not intended for use with aggressive chemicals, solvents, or gases unless compatibility with the wetted materials has been independently verified.
