Profec Type 201 Brass Gate Valve DN25 – 1″ Female Thread, 16 bar

This Profec Type 201 gate valve is machined from solid brass and rated to 16 bar, making it a dependable full-bore isolation valve for pool plant rooms, irrigation headers, greenhouse heating circuits, and general industrial pipework. The rising-stem design with PTFE packing delivers a reliable, low-friction seal across the full operating range of -20 °C to +110 °C, while the cast aluminium handwheel provides positive grip and precise throttling control in both open and close directions.

Both ports carry 1″ female BSP threads (DN25 / 25 mm nominal bore) with a thread engagement depth of 13 mm on each side. Face-to-face body length is 89 mm and the port-to-port centre distance (Lb) is 58 mm, dimensions that match standard DN25 pipe saddles and allow straight swap-out of most 1″ isolators without altering pipework. The brass body resists dezincification under normal water chemistry conditions and withstands mild chemical exposure found in pool and irrigation systems.

Compatibiliteit
