These are the genuine Fluidra replacement outlet check valves for the Elite Connect CellGuard electrolysis cell. Designed to regulate the direction of treated water leaving the cell, they are a critical safety and performance component that prevents backflow through the electrolysis cell body. Keeping these valves in good working order ensures reliable chlorine production and protects the cell electrodes.

Compatibility

These outlet check valves are a direct OEM spare part for the Fluidra Elite Connect CellGuard pH 12 salt water chlorinator (and compatible CellGuard cell variants). The cell connects to the pool pipework via glued PVC fittings sized at Ø 63/50 mm. Always verify your cell model before ordering to ensure correct fitment.

Why genuine matters

The CellGuard cell manual explicitly warns that excess adhesive or incorrectly fitted check valves can block the internal retention system and prevent water flow through the cell entirely. Installation

The outlet check valve must be installed with the directional flow arrow on its outer body pointing in the correct direction of water flow. The valve is glued into the PVC pipework using standard PVC solvent cement. Any excess adhesive must be cleaned away immediately after fitting to prevent blockage of the internal valve mechanism. It is strongly recommended that installation is carried out by a qualified pool technician.
