At 412 × 355 mm (A × C), this full-size Standard-type Flotide skimmer offers a generously dimensioned rectangular throat designed to handle the surface skimming demands of liner-fitted inground pools. The 1½” female threaded connection pipes directly into standard European hydraulic circuits without adapters, and the body combines UV-stabilised white ABS with stainless steel hardware for lasting chemical and weather resistance.
Surface collection & water quality
A rectangular skimmer of this footprint draws floating debris — leaves, insects, sunscreen film — into a large strainer basket before it can sink and burden the filter. Positioned facing the prevailing wind, the weir flapper automatically adjusts to fluctuating water levels, ensuring continuous surface draw. A single skimmer of this size is typically sufficient for up to approximately 25 m² of pool surface area, making it well suited to compact to mid-sized residential liner pools.
Liner-pool construction & sealing
The Standard type is engineered specifically for liner pools, supplied with the gaskets and fixings needed to create a watertight seal through the pool wall.
