The Davey Large Silensor Spanner (part 13810SP) is the official service tool designed for disassembly and reassembly of the Davey Silensor and SilensorPro pool pump range. It is used to remove and tighten the large front casing nut — a task that cannot be performed safely or correctly with a standard wrench.

Compatibility

This spanner is compatible with the full Davey Silensor range, including the SLS and SLL series, as well as SilensorPro and SilensorPro Bluetooth (SP200BT) models. It is used alongside the companion Small Silensor Spanner (13810-1SP) and a standard 13 mm ring spanner to complete a full pump service.

When You Need It

The 13810SP is required any time the pump casing must be opened — including mechanical seal replacement, impeller removal, rotor or bearing changes, or full pump overhaul. Davey’s official servicing instructions list it as a mandatory tool for these procedures; attempting the job without it risks damaging the casing nut or pump body.
