This is the genuine Astralpool blue carcass cover (couvercle carcasse) for the Xtreme robotic pool cleaner range. Identified as item 16 on the official exploded-view diagram, it forms the outer upper shell of the robot body, enclosing and protecting the internal drive and motor assembly from pool water ingress and mechanical impact during operation.

Function and fitment

The carcass cover sits on top of the robot’s main body shell, clipping or screwing down to create a secure, water-resistant enclosure around the internal components. It is a confirmed spare for the Astralpool Xtreme 2 (ref. 49798) and Xtreme 3 (ref. 49799) electric robotic pool cleaners. Always cross-reference your robot’s model reference before ordering.
