AstralPool - Injection Coupling in PVC for pH Basic Dosing Pump - RIC0154133

AstralPool – Injection Coupling in PVC for pH Basic Dosing Pump

This is the genuine AstralPool PVC injection coupling (exploded view position 5) for the Dosing Pump Astral pH Basic (ref. 27883). It forms the critical connection between the pump’s chemical delivery line and the pool pipework, ensuring a secure, leak-free injection point for pH-correction fluids. Replacing a worn or cracked coupling restores dosing accuracy and protects the surrounding installation from chemical leaks.

Compatibiliteit

This coupling is designed exclusively for the AstralPool Dosing Pump Astral pH Basic, parent reference 27883. Always cross-reference the exploded view (position 5) before ordering to confirm this is the correct part for your unit. It is not interchangeable with other AstralPool dosing pump families.

Waarom authenticiteit belangrijk is

PVC formulation in genuine AstralPool spares is selected for resistance to the pH-correction chemicals (typically acidic or alkaline solutions) handled by the pump. An off-brand coupling may degrade prematurely under continuous chemical exposure, leading to leaks, inaccurate dosing, and potential damage to the pump head or surrounding plumbing.

Installatie

The injection coupling slots into position 5 of the pump assembly and connects to the downstream injection line. Shut off the dosing pump and isolate the chemical feed before replacement. Ensure all connections are hand-tight and leak-tested before resuming automated dosing. Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with chemical dosing systems.
