AstralPool - Hawaii Top Filter Base for Ø400 & Ø500 - CE04020115

AstralPool – Hawaii Top Filter Base for Ø400 & Ø500

This is the genuine AstralPool replacement filter base for the Hawaii Top Filter range, covering the Ø400 mm and Ø500 mm diameter models (parent product BWT400). It forms the structural lower section of the filter, providing a stable, level platform that supports the full weight of the filter body, sand bed, and valve assembly while anchoring the unit securely to the installation surface.

Compatibiliteit

Designed exclusively for the AstralPool Hawaii Top Filter D. 400–900 series, this base is the correct replacement for position 4 in the official Fluidra exploded-view diagram. It fits the Ø400 mm and Ø500 mm diameter filter vessels within that range. Always verify your filter’s diameter and model reference (BWT400) before ordering, as bases for other diameters in the Hawaii range are not interchangeable.

Waarom authenticiteit belangrijk is

Using an authentic AstralPool part ensures precise dimensional fit, correct load-bearing capacity, and full compatibility with the filter’s anchoring-hole pattern. Aftermarket bases may not align correctly with the filter body, risking instability or leakage at the base joint. A genuine part also keeps your filter’s compliance with EN 16713-1 filtration standards intact.

Installatie

The base is designed to be bolted or anchored to a flat, solid surface through its integrated fixing holes, keeping the filter stable during operation and backwash cycles. We recommend having a qualified pool technician carry out the replacement, as the filter must be fully drained and the sand removed before the base can be safely detached and refitted.
