AstralPool - 20-Screw Neck Ring for MS Series Pool Filters - R0831700

AstralPool – 20-Screw Neck Ring for MS Series Pool Filters

The AstralPool 20-Screw Neck Ring (R0831700) is a genuine OEM structural spare part for AstralPool MS series sand filters. It mounts at the upper neck of the filter bowl, forming a robust, leak-free seating surface that secures the filter lid firmly in place. This is position 7 in the official Fluidra exploded-view diagram for filter family WF000094.

Compatibiliteit

This neck ring is designed for AstralPool MS series filters (WF000094 through WF000098), covering bowl diameters from 470 mm up to 950 mm. It is suited to filters featuring a side outlet and a top closure fastened with screws — the same design found across the AstralPool Atlas, UVE, and Aster filter ranges. Always cross-reference your filter’s model number and exploded-view diagram before ordering.

Hoe het werkt

The ring features 20 screw positions — 12 at the base and 8 at the top — that clamp the filter lid assembly firmly onto the tank neck. This two-tier fastening arrangement distributes clamping load evenly around the full circumference, preventing pressure-induced leaks during filtration and backwash cycles. Replacing a cracked or worn neck ring restores structural integrity and helps maintain correct operating pressure.

Waarom authenticiteit belangrijk is

As a 100% original AstralPool component manufactured by Fluidra, this neck ring is made to exact dimensional tolerances and material specifications. Aftermarket alternatives may not align correctly with the lid fixing ring or lid gasket, risking leaks or premature failure. Fitting a genuine part also helps protect any remaining warranty on your filter.
