This genuine Fluidra collector arm assembly is the complete internal distribution and collection system for Ø800 mm Fluidra sand filters with a 2″ bayonet valve connection and a flow rate of 24,000 l/h. The laterals distribute water evenly across the filter bed during filtration and collect filtered water efficiently during backwash cycles. It is a direct OEM replacement, ensuring the filter continues to perform as originally designed.

How It Works

The collector arm assembly sits at the base of the sand filter tank and consists of a central manifold with multiple slotted lateral arms made of polypropylene. The arms feature precision-cut 0.3 mm slots that allow filtered water to pass through freely while retaining the sand filtration media. Uniform distribution of the arms across the tank floor ensures correct water circulation and thorough, even backwashing.

Compatibility

This assembly is designed specifically for Fluidra Ø800 mm laminated fibreglass and polyester sand filters with a 2″ bayonet valve connection and a rated flow of 24,000 l/h.
