Fluidra – Top Valve Fixing Ring Gasket for Europe Filter

This is the genuine Fluidra (AstralPool) replacement gasket for the top valve fixing ring on the Europe series sand filters. It is an O-ring seal that ensures a watertight connection between the fixing ring and the neck of the filter tank, preventing leaks at the valve-to-tank interface.

Compatibility

This gasket is designed primarily for the Fluidra Europe Filter range (Ø1050 to Ø2000 mm, 1½” arms, 1.0 m filter bed, 2.5 bar) including models 20068–20072 and 21497–21510. It is also compatible with a broad range of other Fluidra and AstralPool sand filter models featuring a top-mounted valve with a screw-fixed closing ring, including Atlas, Aster, Volcano, UVE, and Star Plus filters.

Installation

Replacement requires depressurising and isolating the filter system before removing the top valve fixing ring. The old gasket should be carefully cleaned from the seating groove before the new one is fitted dry or with a small amount of silicone lubricant. Retighten the fixing ring evenly to avoid distorting the seal.
