This is the genuine OEM replacement titanium heat exchanger for the Hydro-Pro Inverter 13 swimming pool heat pump (Type XP13DCSI+). As the core thermal component of the unit, it transfers heat from the refrigerant circuit to your pool water, and its titanium construction ensures long-lasting resistance to chlorinated and salt-water environments.

Designed exclusively for the Hydro-Pro Inverter 13 heat pump (Type XP13DCSI+). This is a model-specific spare part; always verify your heat pump’s model number before ordering to ensure a correct fit.

Titanium is the material of choice for pool heat exchangers because it withstands the corrosive effects of chlorine, salt, and pool chemicals that rapidly degrade inferior metals. The genuine Hydro-Pro twist-titanium tube design maximises heat transfer efficiency, helping maintain the unit’s COP of up to 13. Using a non-OEM substitute risks premature failure and voids your warranty.

Replacement of the heat exchanger involves accessing the internal refrigerant circuit and should only be carried out by a qualified pool heating technician or F-gas certified engineer. Always ensure the heat pump is fully depressurised, isolated from power, and drained of water before beginning work. Chemical dosing equipment must be plumbed downstream of the heat pump to protect the new exchanger from chemical damage.
