This is the genuine Davey service motor kit (part number KSLL300) for the Silensor SLL300E pool pump — specifically designed for the old-generation models (those without a splined groove on the shaft, typically produced before 2017 and identified by a model number ending in “-0” or with no generational suffix). The kit is supplied complete with a new shaft and impeller to ensure correct fitment and full compatibility when refurbishing your pump’s motor.

This kit fits Davey Silensor and SilensorPro SLL300E pumps of the old generation — that is, units without a splined shaft groove. You can identify your generation by checking the model label on the back of your pump: old-generation units end in “-0” or carry no suffix, and the impeller face shows a hexagonal recess rather than a flat face. Do not fit this kit to new-generation (“-1” suffix) Silensor SLL300E pumps, as the shaft and impeller design differs.

Using a genuine Davey service motor kit ensures all internal components are engineered to Davey’s exact tolerances for the SLL300E. The kit includes a new 316 stainless steel shaft for corrosion resistance in pool water environments, together with a matched impeller — avoiding the compatibility pitfalls that arise when replacing individual components in old-generation pumps. A genuine kit restores original performance and protects your pump from secondary damage caused by mismatched parts.

Fitting this service motor kit requires Davey’s specialist Silensor service tools (spanners 13810SP and 13810-1SP) to remove the case nuts safely. Motor replacement on a pool pump involves electrical disconnection and precise mechanical reassembly; installation by a qualified pool technician or authorised Davey service centre is strongly recommended to ensure safety and preserve any applicable warranty.
