Zodiac – Replacement Compressor for Heat Pump 8211 (WH000552)

This is the genuine OEM replacement compressor for the Zodiac Heat Pump 8211, referenced as position 8 in the official Fluidra exploded-view diagram (parent unit WH000552). The compressor is the core refrigeration component of the heat pump, responsible for pressurising the refrigerant and driving the heat-transfer cycle that warms your pool water. Replacing a failed compressor with an exact-match genuine part restores full heating performance and protects the integrity of the sealed refrigerant circuit.

Compatibilità

This compressor is designed exclusively for the Zodiac Heat Pump 8211 (OEM reference WH000552). Always cross-reference your unit’s model number and exploded-view position (position 8) before ordering. It is not a universal part and should not be fitted to other Zodiac heat pump models without confirmation from a qualified technician or Fluidra-authorised service centre.

Perché l'originale conta

As the heart of the refrigeration circuit, the compressor must meet precise pressure, voltage, and refrigerant-compatibility tolerances. A genuine Zodiac part guarantees correct electrical ratings, refrigerant compatibility, and dimensional fit — eliminating the risk of premature failure or refrigerant leaks that can result from aftermarket substitutes. Using an OEM part also helps preserve any remaining warranty on the heat pump unit itself.

Installazione

Compressor replacement involves working within a sealed refrigerant circuit and must be carried out by an F-Gas certified and Fluidra-authorised technician. The refrigerant must be recovered, the new compressor installed and leak-tested, and the circuit properly recharged before the unit is returned to service. Do not attempt this repair without the appropriate certifications and equipment.
