Gruppo corpo pompa (voluta) Sta-Rite — 5P6R (R173070110W)

Complete pump body (volute) assembly for the Sta-Rite 5P6R pool pump. The pump body is the pressure vessel that contains the impeller and diffuser — a big-ticket part, so this is the replacement you order only when the housing itself is cracked or the machined seal-plate mating face is damaged beyond service.

Genuine Sta-Rite / Pentair OEM — dimensional match to the factory-original, so the seal plate, diffuser and impeller all bolt straight up without any shimming or re-timing.

Before ordering: try a full seal + gasket kit first — most volute-side leaks trace to the housing gasket or a scored seal-plate face, not the volute itself. If the leak persists after a clean seal service, then it’s genuinely time for the volute. Model versions are NOT cross-compatible — verify your pump’s reference plate before you commit to this order.
