Polaris – Surface Module Top Cover Blue for Vac-Sweep 65

This is the genuine Polaris replacement surface module top cover (blue) for the Polaris Vac-Sweep 65 above-ground automatic pool cleaner (model 613000 / W1120000). The surface module top is the outer upper shell of the floating surface module — the central body that keeps the cleaner properly orientated at the water surface while it vacuums. Replacing a damaged or cracked top restores the buoyancy balance and correct operation of the cleaner.

Compatibilità

This part is designed exclusively for the Polaris Vac-Sweep 65 automatic pool cleaner (SKU 613000 / W1120000), a pressure-side above-ground cleaner suitable for all above-ground pools up to 5 feet deep. It occupies position 1 in the official Fluidra exploded-view parts diagram. Always verify your model number before ordering.

Perché l'originale conta

As an authentic Polaris (Fluidra) part, this surface module top is manufactured to the exact dimensions and material specification of the original, ensuring a precise fit and correct buoyancy. Aftermarket alternatives may vary in shape or material density, potentially causing the cleaner to list, dive, or fail to randomise direction correctly — issues that genuine parts help avoid.

Installazione

The surface module top can typically be removed and refitted without special tools, following the steps outlined in the Polaris Vac-Sweep 65 owner’s manual. Turn off the pool pump before servicing, lift the surface module clear of the water, and swap the top cover. If the cleaner has been diving or leaning after the repair, check hose routing and water pressure (recommended 5–10 psi) before returning the cleaner to the pool.
