This is the genuine Fluidra sand and water drain plug for the Europa Pro laminated sand filter (Ø500 mm tank, 21,000 l/h flow rate, 2″ bayonet valve connection). It provides a secure, leak-free seal at the base of the filter tank and is opened to drain both water and filter sand during routine maintenance or media replacement. Replacing a worn or damaged drain plug promptly prevents water loss and keeps the filtration system operating safely.

Compatibilità

This drain plug is designed specifically for the Fluidra Europa Pro T/G/P sand filter range with a Ø500 mm tank and 2″ bayonet valve (Fluidra product references 64986, 64987, 64988, 64989). Installazione

The drain plug is removed and refitted by hand or with a suitable tool at the tank’s base drain port. Once maintenance is complete, refit and hand-tighten the plug firmly to restore a watertight seal. If the plug shows signs of cracking or the seal no longer holds, replace it before returning the system to service.
