This is the genuine Davey replacement lid O-ring (part 33367) for the Crystal Clear ER 135 (DCC135EU) and Crystal Clear ER 180 (DCC180EU) cartridge filters. It forms the pressure-tight seal between the filter tank body and its lid, preventing water leaks during normal pool filtration operation. Always lubricate the O-ring with a silicone-based lubricant (such as Hydroslip) when refitting — never use petroleum-based products, as these cause rubber to swell and distort.

Installazione

Before replacing the O-ring, relieve all internal filter pressure and switch off the pump. Remove the filter lid, take out the old O-ring, clean the groove thoroughly, apply a thin coat of silicone lubricant to the new O-ring, seat it evenly in the groove, and refit the lid hand-tight. No sealants, glues, or silicone adhesives are required or recommended on this joint.
