It is not cross-compatible with other Astralpool cylindrical filter models such as the 00648 or 00650 single-cartridge units — always verify your filter’s model reference before ordering.

Perché l'originale conta

Genuine Astralpool cartridge media is manufactured to the exact dimensions, porosity, and flow specifications of the original. A correctly rated cartridge ensures the filter traps fine particles efficiently while maintaining water flow, protecting your pump from overload. Aftermarket alternatives may differ in pleat count, media grade, or end-cap dimensions, potentially reducing filtration quality or causing premature failure.

Installazione

Replacing the cartridge is a straightforward maintenance task: shut off the pump, release pressure through the air-bleed valve, remove the transparent polycarbonate lid, extract the old cartridge, and drop in the new one. No special tools are required for most users, though the first servicing on an unfamiliar filter is best carried out by a qualified pool technician to ensure the lid seal is correctly reseated.
