This is the genuine Hydro-Pro replacement titanium heat exchanger designed specifically for the Hydro-Pro Type Z Inverter heat pump in the Z24/32 variant (24 kW, single-phase, 240 V). The heat exchanger is the core component responsible for transferring thermal energy from the refrigerant circuit to your pool water, keeping your pool at the desired temperature throughout the season. Replacing a worn or damaged heat exchanger with a genuine OEM part restores full heating performance and protects the rest of the unit.

This heat exchanger is a direct-fit replacement for the Hydro-Pro Inverter Type Z24/32 heat pump (item no. 7024520), the 24 kW single-phase model suited to pools up to 75 m³. It is not interchangeable with other models in the Type Z range (Z7, Z11, Z14, Z16, Z19, Z29) or with other Hydro-Pro heat pump families. Always verify your pump’s model number before ordering.

Hydro-Pro’s twist-titanium tube construction housed in a PVC shell offers outstanding resistance to chlorine, bromine, and salt water — the conditions found in virtually every pool installation. An OEM unit guarantees the exact pressure ratings, tube geometry, and water connections required to maintain efficiency and preserve your warranty. Non-genuine alternatives may compromise COP performance and void the manufacturer’s heat-exchanger warranty.

Installation requires draining the heat pump of all water before work begins, and the refrigerant circuit must not be disturbed unless handled by a qualified technician holding the appropriate F-gas certification. Ensure chemical dosing equipment is always plumbed downstream of the heat pump to avoid corrosion of the new exchanger. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
