The Davey 403129SP is the genuine OEM pump casing (wet-end body) for the StarFlo single-phase and three-phase pool pump series. It forms the core hydraulic housing that encloses the impeller, diffuser, and basket assembly, directing water flow through the pump during pool filtration and sanitisation. This part is required whenever the original casing shows cracking, leaking, or irreparable damage caused by UV degradation, impact, or long-term chemical exposure.

This pump casing is the correct replacement for the Davey StarFlo single-phase models DSF150(CE), DSF200(CE), DSF250(CE), DSF300(CE), and DSF420(CE), as well as the three-phase models DSF3003FCE and DSF4203FCE. CE variants are those distributed exclusively in Europe. Always cross-reference your pump’s model label and Davey part number before ordering to confirm fitment.

The StarFlo casing is manufactured from corrosion-resistant, UV-stabilised Nyglass composite engineered to withstand continuous exposure to chlorinated and salt-treated pool water. Using a genuine Davey replacement ensures the correct dimensional tolerances for a pressure-tight seal with the lid O-ring, diffuser, and barrel union connections — critical for maintaining pump performance and preventing air ingestion or leaks.

The pump casing is a single unit (qty 1 per pump) and replaces the complete wet-end body. Installation involves disconnecting plumbing unions, removing the motor-to-casing bolts, transferring the impeller, diffuser, and basket assemblies into the new casing, and reassembling with new seals as appropriate. Professional installation by a qualified pool technician is recommended to ensure correct torque and watertight assembly.
