This is the genuine Davey top casing assembly (part 32983) for the SilensorPro SP200BT and SP200BTP variable speed pool pumps. It incorporates the complete Variable Speed Drive (VSD) electronics and integrated Bluetooth module, forming the upper enclosure that controls all speed and communication functions of the pump. It is the correct replacement when the VSD unit or top casing housing is damaged, faulty, or requires renewal as part of a major pump service.

This assembly is designed exclusively for the Davey SilensorPro SP200BT and SP200BTP swimming pool pump models. It is not interchangeable with other SilensorPro variants such as the SP400BT, SP400PV, PM200BT, or PM400BT, each of which uses a distinct top casing assembly. Always verify your pump model label before ordering.

The top casing assembly houses the Variable Speed Drive (VSD) inverter that enables the SP200BT to run at fully variable speeds between 1,500 and 3,600 rpm, as well as the Bluetooth radio that allows remote control via the Davey Pool Pump iOS and Android app. Failure of this assembly typically presents as loss of speed control, Bluetooth connectivity issues, VSD fault codes, or visible physical damage to the upper pump housing. Replacing the complete assembly restores full electronic and connectivity functionality.

Using a genuine Davey replacement ensures the VSD calibration, Bluetooth pairing, and safety protections remain exactly as factory-specified. Davey’s own documentation states that repairs and replacements must be carried out by Davey or an approved agent using genuine Davey spare parts. A non-genuine or mismatched casing assembly may void the pump warranty and compromise safe electrical operation in a poolside environment.
