This is the genuine Davey replacement 6203 anti-creep deep-groove ball bearing for the motor of the full Silensor and SilensorPro pool pump range. The anti-creep design prevents the bearing’s outer ring from rotating within its housing — a common failure mode in pump motors — ensuring stable, low-noise operation over the long term. It is the correct OEM bearing specified by Davey for all Silensor and SilensorPro models.

This bearing fits all Davey Silensor and SilensorPro pump models, including the SLS and SLL series (SLS100, SLS200, SLL150, SLL200, SLL400, SLL1200F, and related variants) as well as the variable-speed SilensorPro models (SP200BT, SP400BT, and Bluetooth Premium variants). Davey’s own spare-parts documentation confirms a single bearing reference across the entire Silensor family.

Bearings in pool pump motors typically require replacement when the motor develops unusual noise (grinding or rumbling), vibration, or reduced performance. During a full motor service or rotor removal — as outlined in Davey’s official Silensor servicing instructions — fitting a new bearing at the same time is best practice to restore quiet, reliable operation and maximise motor life.

Using a genuine Davey-sourced bearing guarantees the correct dimensional tolerances, load rating, and anti-creep specification for your pump’s motor housing. Non-OEM alternatives may lack the anti-creep feature, leading to premature outer-ring wear and repeat failures. Genuine parts also protect your Davey warranty and ensure compliance with the manufacturer’s service procedures.
