This is a genuine Davey spare part (part number 5439) designed for the Regul’Matic salt chlorination control system. It is a pipe adapter that connects the Regul’Matic probe housing or inline assembly to standard 50 mm pool pipework, ensuring a secure and leak-free installation in the filtration circuit.

This adapter is a dedicated spare part for the Davey Regul’Matic automatic chlorine and pH regulation system. It is suited for pool installations where the filtration pipework runs in 50 mm diameter pipe. If your system uses 40 mm pipework, please check for the corresponding 40 mm variant before ordering.

Using an original Davey adapter guarantees precise dimensional tolerances for a watertight fit within the Regul’Matic assembly. Third-party fittings may not match the thread form or pipe socket dimensions of the Regul’Matic probe holder, risking leaks or probe misalignment that can compromise chlorine measurement accuracy.

The adapter is fitted inline on the return or filtration line — typically between the filter and the electrolysis cell — at the point where the Regul’Matic probe housing is mounted. It is recommended that installation be carried out by a qualified pool technician to ensure correct alignment of the probe and a pressure-tight connection.
