This is the genuine Maytronics replacement digital basic power supply unit for compatible Dolphin robotic pool cleaners, operating at 230V AC input and delivering 29V DC output at 120W. It provides simple ON/OFF operation with no Bluetooth or wireless connectivity, making it the correct replacement for entry-level and mid-range Dolphin models supplied with this unit. Fully plug-and-play, it restores your robot to factory-spec electrical performance in minutes.

The basic power supply unit converts 230V mains AC power to a stable 29V DC output at 120W to drive the robot’s motors and control electronics. Operation is straightforward: a single ON/OFF switch starts and stops the cleaning cycle. There is no weekly timer, no Bluetooth and no app connectivity — this unit is purpose-built for Dolphin robots that require simple manual start-up only.

This power supply unit (99956032-ASSY) is compatible with a wide range of Dolphin robots across the E, S, SX, SM, Seamaster, Evolution, PoolBot, RUN, MR, MAESTRO, CARRERA, FORMULA, FON, POOLSTYLE, Blue Maxi, ENERGY, CLASSIC LIGHT, IZZY, ZFUN, Cainan 1, EX10, Mini Kart, SCOOP SMART, WOLLY, Superpool, Z1B series and more. Always verify your existing unit’s part number (printed on the label of the current power supply) before ordering.

If your Dolphin robot fails to power on, loses power mid-cycle, or shows no response when the ON/OFF button is pressed despite secure cable connections, the power supply unit is the first component to suspect. A faulty unit can also cause erratic motor behaviour or intermittent shutdowns. Replacing the power supply with a genuine unit is the correct first diagnostic step before condemning the robot’s internal electronics.

A non-genuine or counterfeit power supply introduces risks including overheating, short-circuit damage to the robot’s motor controller, and immediate warranty invalidation. Genuine Maytronics units are manufactured to the exact electrical tolerances the Dolphin platform requires and are tested to match the output specifications of the original factory-fitted unit. Using a certified part ensures safe, reliable operation and preserves any remaining warranty coverage on your robot.

Installation is plug-and-play: connect the power cable from the unit to the robot’s cable connector and plug the unit into a mains socket. The power supply should be positioned away from the pool edge and protected from direct water exposure. Note that the mains power cable is not included and must be sourced separately if not already in use with the existing unit.
