This is the genuine Pentair OEM hardware kit containing the screws and matching washers used to secure the pump body to its base on the UltraFlow Plus range of pool circulation pumps. Without correctly torqued base fixings, the pump can shift under hydraulic vibration, stressing the pipework connections and accelerating wear on the volute and seal plate.

The screws clamp the pump body down onto the mounting base, keeping the entire hydraulic assembly in a fixed, aligned position during operation. The washers distribute the clamping load evenly across the base flanges, preventing the fastener heads from embedding into the plastic and losing torque over time. Replacing both together — rather than screws alone — ensures the load-bearing interface is fully restored to OEM spec.

This kit is listed under the Pentair UltraFlow Plus product family. Confirmed UltraFlow model references include the P-UFL-071, P-UFL-073, P-UFL-101, P-UFL-103, P-UFL-151, and P-UFL-153, as well as their booster-pump counterparts (P-UFL-B series). Cross-reference your pump’s model label against this list before ordering — do not assume compatibility with other Pentair pump families.

Visible corrosion, rounding, or elongation of the screw heads is the most common reason for replacement. You may also find the pump body has worked loose despite re-tightening, which points to a washer that has deformed and can no longer maintain clamping force. Address this before attempting to re-align or re-plumb the pump.

Isolate and lock off the pump’s power supply at the breaker before starting. Remove the old screws and washers, inspect the base flanges for cracks, then fit the new washers under each screw head and torque evenly in a cross pattern. No special tools beyond a correctly sized screwdriver or socket wrench are required — the job takes around ten minutes on a standard installation.
