This DN125 wafer-pattern butterfly valve from Profec is engineered for reliable, quarter-turn isolation in water supply, irrigation, pool plant rooms, and industrial pipework. The body is cast from high-grade ductile iron GGG40 and finished with a durable epoxy coating that protects against corrosion in both buried and exposed installations. A full-faced EPDM liner provides a bubble-tight seal across the rated pressure range, while the stainless steel 316 disc ensures long service life even in mildly aggressive media. The lockable ratchet lever allows precise positioning and holds the disc securely at any intermediate angle.
Rated to 10 bar working pressure across a temperature range of 0 °C to 90 °C, the valve is suitable for hot and cold water systems alike. Its wafer-style body (face-to-face dimension 54 mm) slots directly between standard PN6, PN10, and PN16 flanges, making it compatible with the widest range of existing pipework without modification. The stem is manufactured from stainless steel 316 and the gland packing from EPDM, minimising maintenance intervals. Total installation height (Ct-1) is 241 mm, the bolt-circle diameter (PCD) is 260 mm, and the lever sweep radius (R) is 200–210 mm — all dimensions confirmed from the technical drawing.

Kompatibilitás
The DN125 wafer body is drilled to fit PN6, PN10, and PN16 flanged pipework conforming to EN 1092-2 and ISO 7005-2. Compatible flange materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, and ductile iron. The EPDM seat is suitable for potable water, pool water, and general irrigation fluids within the stated temperature and pressure limits. This valve is not recommended for use with hydrocarbons, solvents, or concentrated acids. For actuated operation, the ISO 5211 top flange pattern on the stem head accepts standard F07/F10 pneumatic or electric actuators in place of the manual lever.
