This Profec multi-jet water meter is engineered for accurate, reliable measurement of cold potable water in residential, commercial, irrigation, and greenhouse installations. Built from robust brass with a blue-coated body embossed with the nominal bore size, the meter combines a sealed, tamper-evident dial housing with a wet-running register that is easy to read at a glance. The horizontal installation orientation and 1-inch male BSP thread ends allow direct in-line fitting without adaptors in most standard pipework systems.

The multi-jet measurement principle distributes water flow evenly across multiple jets around the impeller, minimising wear and delivering consistent accuracy across a wide flow range — from a low-flow threshold (Q1) of 0.1 m³/h up to a peak overload flow (Qs) of 5 m³/h, with a nominal flow (Qn/Q3) of 2.5 m³/h. The meter carries CE and MID (Measuring Instruments Directive) approval classes MD-A and MD-AP, confirming it meets European legal metrology requirements for billing-grade measurement. An integrated pulse output option (24 V) allows connection to building management systems, irrigation controllers, or data loggers for remote consumption monitoring — no additional pulse adaptor required.
