Rated to 6 bar and sized for the industry-standard 1½” BSP female port paired with a 38 mm hose barb, this Praher fitting bridges threaded equipment ports on pumps, filter heads, salt chlorinators and heat pumps to flexible pool hose in a single, leak-free connection. It is moulded in white thermoplastic for chemical resistance and UV stability, making it equally at home in plant-room installations and outdoor equipment bays.

Thread & hose interface

The female-threaded end accepts any 1½” BSP male fitting — the most common port size found on European pool pumps and filter multiport valves — while the barbed hose tail provides a secure, clamp-ready grip on 38 mm flexible pool hose. The straight configuration keeps pipework runs neat and minimises flow restriction between the rigid threaded port and the flexible hose run.

Pressure rating & material quality

A 6 bar working pressure rating comfortably exceeds the operating pressure of virtually all domestic and light-commercial pool circulation systems, providing a meaningful safety margin against water-hammer surges.
