Fluidra – Sena SS Pump Impeller 0.5 HP 60 Hz (from May 2024)

This is the genuine OEM replacement impeller for the Fluidra AstralPool Sena SS 0.5 HP single-phase self-priming pool pump, specifically engineered for 60 Hz electrical systems. As the rotating core of the pump’s wet end, the impeller is responsible for generating the water flow that circulates and filters your pool water. This revised part (for units manufactured from May 2024 onwards) ensures a precise factory fit and restores full hydraulic performance.

Kompatibilitás

This impeller is designed exclusively for the Fluidra AstralPool Sena SS 0.5 HP (single-phase) pump running on 60 Hz power supply. The “II” designation refers to the single-phase motor configuration. The “≥ 05/2024” specification is critical — this part applies only to Sena SS pumps manufactured from May 2024 onwards and is not interchangeable with impellers for earlier pump production runs or other power ratings. Always verify your pump’s production date and model label before ordering.

Miért fontos az eredetiség?

The Sena SS impeller is moulded in NORYL®, a high-performance engineering polymer chosen for its resistance to pool chemicals, dimensional stability under heat, and long service life. A genuine Fluidra part guarantees the correct blade geometry and tolerances, preserving the pump’s rated flow rate and self-priming capability above 2 metres. Non-OEM impellers risk reduced flow, increased noise, and premature wear of the mechanical seal and diffuser.

Telepítés

Impeller replacement requires draining and disassembling the pump wet end, including removal of the pre-filter assembly, pump body, and mechanical seal. The impeller is threaded onto the motor shaft with a left-hand thread — always isolate the electrical supply before beginning work. While experienced pool technicians can complete this service on-site, it is recommended that less confident users engage a qualified pool engineer to ensure correct reassembly and leak-free recommissioning.
