Davey - Crystal Clear ER Filter Element Joiner (DCC270EU) - 33380

Davey – Crystal Clear ER Filter Element Joiner (DCC270EU)

This genuine Davey spare part is the Element Joiner for the Crystal Clear ER 270 sq ft cartridge filter (model DCC270EU). It is the internal connector that links the filter cartridge elements together within the filter housing, ensuring they remain correctly aligned and seated for effective filtration. This part is not compatible with any other model in the Crystal Clear ER range and is exclusively designed for the DCC270EU.

Kompatibilitás

This Element Joiner fits the Davey Crystal Clear ER 270 (DCC270EU) only. It is not suitable for the DCC135EU, DCC180EU, or DCC225EU variants. Always verify your filter model number before ordering. The DCC270EU is a 270 sq ft multi-element cartridge filter designed for in-ground and above-ground swimming pools across Europe.

Miért fontos az eredetiség?

Using a genuine Davey replacement Element Joiner ensures the cartridge elements remain properly joined and sealed during filtration, preventing bypass of unfiltered water. Third-party substitutes may not match the exact dimensions or material tolerances of the original, risking reduced filtration performance or premature failure. Genuine parts also help maintain your Davey warranty.

Telepítés

Replacement of the Element Joiner is typically required when the existing joiner shows signs of cracking, warping, or loss of structural integrity — often discovered during routine cartridge cleaning. Always depressurise the filter fully via the manual air bleed valve before opening the housing. It is recommended that a qualified pool technician carries out the replacement to ensure correct reassembly.
