This is the genuine Kripsol hardware screw kit (ref. RPUM3942.02R) for the PRIME KPR pool pump range. It supplies every fastener needed to reassemble the pump correctly after opening the wet end or motor housing, covering all critical bolted joints in a single package.

The PRIME KPR pump body is held together by several groups of fasteners at different joints — pump body halves, motor bracket, and strainer lid assembly. This kit provides the full complement of screws across all those positions (6+4+2+4+3 pieces) so you replace every fastener in one operation rather than hunting for individual sizes. Using the full kit restores correct clamping force on every sealing face, preventing air ingestion and weep leaks.

This kit is specific to the Kripsol PRIME KPR pump family, covering all power variants — KPR 250 M, KPR 300 M, KPR 250 T1 IE3, KPR 300 T1 IE3, and KPR 350 T1 IE3. It is not interchangeable with the Koral KSE, Ondina, or Kapri families, which use different fastener arrangements. Confirm your pump model plate before ordering.

Corroded, stripped, or seized screws are the most common reason for leaks that persist after a gasket change. If you find one fastener thread-stripped or corroded during a strip-down, replace the full set — mismatched clamping load across a joint face accelerates gasket failure. Any pump that has been installed outdoors for several seasons in salt-water or aggressive water-treatment environments is a candidate for a full hardware refresh.

Work through the pump’s disassembly sequence per the PRIME KPR service manual, removing the old screws group by group and noting their positions. Install the new fasteners finger-tight first, then torque in a cross pattern to ensure even clamping across each joint face. A standard Phillips or flathead screwdriver handles the job; no special tooling is required.
