This is the genuine OEM replacement titanium heat exchanger for the Hydro-Pro Type P swimming pool heat pump in the 26 and 26T (three-phase) variants. It is the core component responsible for transferring heat from the refrigerant circuit to the pool water, and its titanium construction makes it exceptionally resistant to the corrosive effects of pool water chemistry. Replacing a worn or damaged heat exchanger with this factory-original part restores your heat pump to full heating performance.

This heat exchanger is designed specifically for the Hydro-Pro Type P heat pump models 26 (single-phase) and 26T (three-phase), both featuring ABS cabinets. These are the top-of-range models in the Hydro-Pro P series, capable of heating pools up to approximately 140 m³. Always verify your heat pump’s model number before ordering to ensure correct fitment.

Titanium is the material of choice for pool heat exchangers because it offers outstanding long-term resistance to chlorine, bromine, salt water, and all outdoor elements. A genuine Hydro-Pro titanium heat exchanger maintains the efficiency and reliability that the original unit was designed to deliver — and supports the extended 7-year warranty that Hydro-Pro offers on compressors and heat exchangers when correctly fitted.

Heat exchanger replacement is a technical task involving refrigerant handling and hydraulic connections, and should be carried out by a qualified pool heating technician or HVAC engineer. Using a genuine Hydro-Pro part ensures a precise fit and full compatibility with the existing pipework, seals, and refrigerant circuit of the Type 26 / 26T heat pump.
