This genuine Davey spare part (part no. 33132) is a probe seal kit designed specifically for the Davey ProMatic Lifeguard pool chlorination and chemistry control system. It contains the o-rings and washers that create a watertight seal where the pH, ORP, and salt/TDS probes seat into the integrated probe and injection point manifold housing.

Over time, constant exposure to pool water and periodic probe removal for cleaning or calibration causes these seals to degrade, leading to leaks at the manifold — replacing them with this kit restores a reliable, leak-free connection and ensures accurate probe readings.

This kit is designed for the Davey ProMatic Lifeguard salt and mineral chlorination system, which pairs with the Davey EcoSalt 2 chlorinator. The ProMatic Lifeguard supports multiple pool sizes and uses up to three probes — pH, ORP, and conductivity/temperature — all housed in the same integrated manifold that this seal kit services. It is also compatible with the Davey ChloroMatic Lifeguard (Nipper) variants that share the same probe manifold design.

The Davey Lifeguard manifold seals must compress correctly under the probe locking nut to create a proper watertight barrier — off-spec aftermarket seals risk poor fitment, water ingress, and inaccurate sensor readings. As an official Davey spare part, this kit is manufactured to the exact tolerances specified for the ProMatic Lifeguard’s probe housing, giving you confidence that the seal will perform correctly and protect your investment in the Lifeguard system.

Replacement is straightforward: remove the probe locking nut, slide off the old washer and o-ring, fit the new components dry (do not lubricate the o-ring), and hand-tighten the locking nut to compress the seal. Davey recommends checking probe seals and locking nut tightness periodically as part of routine maintenance, and replacing the seals whenever a probe is serviced or signs of weeping appear at the manifold.
