Profec Safe 500 PP Ball Valve DN32 – 40 mm Compression, 10 bar

The Profec Safe 500 is a full-bore polypropylene ball valve designed for demanding irrigation, pool pipework, and greenhouse water-distribution systems. Built to DN32 (40 mm compression ends on both sides), it delivers a rated working pressure of 10 bar and withstands continuous service at up to 60 °C, making it equally at home in cold potable-water mains and warm-water recirculation loops. The all-black PP body resists UV degradation and chemical attack, while the vivid red lever gives instant open/closed status at a glance from a distance.

Compression fittings on both ends (ØDi-1 and ØDi-2 = 40 mm) grip PE and PE-HD pipes without any solvent cement or threading — a single wrench tightens the knurled compression nuts to create a leak-free, re-usable joint. The Hytrel/EPDM seat and seal package ensures bubble-tight shut-off across the full pressure range, and the 90° quarter-turn PVC-U lever requires minimal torque even after extended periods of inactivity. Overall installed length (Lb) is 238 mm, body width (ØDf) 92 mm, and handle sweep radius (R) 64 mm, giving a compact envelope that fits standard valve boxes.

Compatibilité
