This is the OEM set of four 100-micron spring cartridge filter panels for Dolphin robotic pool cleaners in the Supreme M-series family. Each panel uses a tensioned spring frame to hold its filter medium flat inside the cartridge basket, maintaining consistent surface area and flow across the full cleaning cycle.

The four panels slot into the robot’s cartridge basket and intercept debris-laden water as the impeller draws it through the machine. At 100 microns the mesh retains mid-size debris — leaves, insects, sand, and fine grit — while keeping hydraulic resistance low enough to sustain suction performance. The spring frame keeps each panel taut so the medium cannot fold inward and bypass debris under high flow.

Signs they need replacing

Replace the panels when you see visible tears or holes in the mesh, when the spring frame no longer holds the panel rigid, or when cleaning run-time increases noticeably without a corresponding drop in pool debris load. A deformed or collapsed panel allows fine particles to recirculate rather than be captured, leaving a visible haze in the water after a completed cycle.

How to install them

Open the top access hatch, lift out the cartridge basket, and pull the old panels free from their slots — no tools required. Rinse the basket, slide the four new panels into position with the spring frame facing outward, and click the basket back into the robot. The whole swap takes under five minutes and needs no disassembly beyond the hatch.
